Tenant Satisfaction Measures
All housing associations are required to report on their performance on a core set of defined Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) to provide tenants with greater transparency about their landlord’s performance. The ‘National Average’ is based on data from over 60 similar sized housing associations in the UK
Moving to your new home
When you get an offer letter from us, we’ll contact you to arrange for you to view the property you’re moving into.
Once you’ve seen your new home and you confirm that you’d like to move in, we’ll arrange for you to visit our office to sign the paperwork and collect the keys.
This meeting will take about an hour while we go through your new tenancy agreement, explain any work that we’ll be doing to your home before you move in to bring it up to our standards, and answer any questions you may have about your home and your tenancy. At this meeting we’ll also expect you to pay two weeks’ rent or charges towards the property.
